First Nations Relationships

 

 

CFP encourages communication and information sharing with all First Nations who may be impacted by any development planned by CFP in their traditional territories.

CFP has maintained a long term joint venture with the Toquaht First Nation at Macoah , Barkley Sound, through the Echa Peh partnership.   This joint venture has provided many opportunities and benefits for CFP and Toquaht community.

The Toquaht First Nation manages several economic development projects in their territories and  the forest land managed by CFP including an impressive recreational campsite at Toquart Bay.
