arch is almost over, and we continue to move slowly and carefully through all facets of our businesses. Now is not a time for rash decisions.

Based on the level of business that we are forecasting for 2010, particularly in our Log Harvesting and Manufacturing sides, I have found it necessary to begin the process of downsizing our Administrative and Accounting Team.

As many of you may be aware, Roanna Bennie, one of our Accounts Payable team, elected to take a severance package. This decision has allowed us to take less aggressive actions with many of the remaining team. However, we have reduced staffing by approximately 20% overall. Please note that Coulson Head Office has new office hours. We are now open from 8am to 3pm.

People are the principal asset of any company, whether it makes things
to sell, sells things made by other people, or supplies intangible services.
