It’s a boat…., it’s a plane…

he Hawaii Mars made a permanent impression on people from around the world as Coulson Flying Tankers did three demonstration drops as part of the Olympic and Forestry Day Celebrations.
One drop was done in Coal Harbor in front of the floating Olympic Rings, and two drops were completed near Steveston Marina in the City of Richmond.

Coulson Aircrane continues to operate four helicopters in Australia. C-FMAY has received one extension of services and both firefighting S-61’s are projected to conclude contracts mid March (pending temperatures of course). C-FXEC continues to support Esso Australia out of West Sale, Victoria State and will remain there until late summer. Firewatch 76 continues to draw a lot of attention in Victoria State as well. It has been utilized for fire intelligence and DC-10 drop evaluations and is also being eyed for further security and emergency services work.
