The British Columbia Forest Service asked us to participate in Forestry Day at the Olympics with the feature attraction being a drop by the Martin Mars in Coal Harbour.

Also, as part of the display of British Columbia’s firefighting arsenal were two of Conair's 580 air tankers and a Bell 212 helicopter with a rap attack team that provided the crowd with a demonstration of rappelling.
The media referred to the demonstration as a gold metal performance by everyone involved and an outstanding display of BC’s firefighting resources.

CML has been able to put together a string of custom cuts which should get us into March when we will be ceasing operations.

CFP will continue to look at harvesting options within TFL 54, and CAL has been bidding on several contracts worldwide.

Let’s continue to focus on safety and watch out for one another.
