Create an Email Signature in Outlook 2003
Most of us already use the Signature feature in Outlook, but for those of you that don’t here are the basic instructions to set it up. I have also included a couple of more advanced options to professionalize your Signature
Select Tools | Options
Go to the Mail Format tab
Click Signatures
Click New
Give the new signature a name.
Click Next
Type the desired text of your email signature
It is best to limit your signature to no more than 5 or 6 lines of text.
You can use the Font and Paragraphbuttons to format your text.
Click Finish.
Now click OK.
If you have just created your first signature, Outlook has automatically made it the default — automatically inserted — for new messages. To use it for replies as well, select it under Signature for replies and forwards. Or you can create a second signatureand set it for replies and forwards only.
Click OK again.

To Insert a Graphic or Animation in Your Outlook Email Signature

Simply find the file of the picture you want to add, right hand click and choose copy
Then to edit your signature
Select Tools | Options
Go to the Mail Format tab
Click Signatures
You can then paste it into your signature and size it as required
Now click OK.

Insert a VCard With Your Signature

Create a Contact for yourself including all the information you want others to be able to easily import into their Contacts
With you Contact windows open
On the File menu, click Save As.
In the Save file as type box, click to select VCARD Files (*.vcf).
In the Save In box, select the folder where you want to save the vCard file, and then click Save.

On the Tools menu, click Options.
On the Mail Format tab, click Signatures.
Click New vCard from Contact.
In the Show Names from the box, select Contacts or another address list.
Click to select the entry for which you want to create a vCard, click OK, click Finish, and then click OK to complete the signature entry.

The recipient of your emails simply double clicks on the .vcf attachment to add you to their Contacts with all of your information.
