Coulson Forest has been one of the few operations working consistently over the 3rd quarter. We have been working close to tight lumber and logs sales for awhile. It appears all log markets have gone the same way as lumber, soft. Projections for 4th quarter are soft as well. To say things are getting tight would be an understatement; they are stopped.

Stewardson has been logging blocks HS45/HS40 and HE 600 of which a large portion of production has been committed to Interfor. This will keep Stewardson moving for awhile.
Kennedy Flats are tied directly to mill sales, so if the mill sells lumber we will haul logs. We have 8000m3 ready to go in SB7 and G3.

Planning for first quarter is in the works now. Block development is being reviewed for 2009 production.

The next while will be crucial to turn around of markets. Between elections and housing markets the next few weeks will be interesting.
