There is always something new happening around the Coulson Group. Congratulations to the team for the success in acquiring the Water bombers. The Water bombers and the acquisition of TFL 54 are just two examples of the forward thinking of our company. The future is bright for a company with vision.

Things at CML are busy as usual. We have just finished a 3 week cedar cut and are beginning 2 weeks of custom cut for Probyn and Western Forest Products. The cedar cut seemed to go very well with improved recovery and good value. CSL is busy processing the wood from the cedar cut as well as the Somass cedar. We have been working extra hours to keep up with the volume.

A new development for CML is that we are being paid for our hog. This will help a lot with marginal cuts and will enable us to look at cutting some things that we could not previously make profitable.

We still have new employees starting at CML/CSL and we need to watch out for them. Please show our new employees the safe way to do their jobs and let's help each other out with difficult or heavy work. Please let's work safe and play safe.
